In addition to its main Research Center in Japan, Shiseido has established centers in Europe, America, and Asia. These centers conduct research into the regulatory frameworks relating to cosmetics in individual countries. They are linked to Shiseido's head office through a Technological Information Network, and collaborate on medical law and technical information support. This will later be integrated into a planned global Technology Management System.
