When I was in India, I received a gift of seven rings inlayed with a variety of small stones (Ms. Hibino is married to artist Katsuhiko Hibino). There were 7 rings so I could wear a different one every day of the week. Then the Indian shop keeper said, “Why not wear a different ring 365 days of the year,” and tried to convince us to buy more!
