About our in-store measures

1. ･We frequently clean and disinfect the store.
2. ･The staff wear a face mask at all times and frequently wash and disinfect their hands.
3. ･We strictly manage the staff’s health and prohibit those whose body temperature is 37 °C or above from working.
4. ･We refrain from activities that involve touching the customers’ skin to protect the health and safety of both the customers and staff.
5. ･We have installed shields at the cash registers and over the testers to prevent the transmission of droplets.

Requests to Visitors

1. ･Upon entering the store, please disinfect your hands with the hand sanitizer provided.
2. ･Keep wearing a mask while you are in the store.
3. ･Visitors are requested to keep a certain distance (maintain social distancing) from each other.
4. ･During busy hours, we may limit the number of visitors entering the store.
5. ･Keep an appropriate distance from other customers when you are in line at a cash register.

Requests to our customers

1. ･Please use the touch pen when using the in-store touch-screen monitors.
2. ･Please ask the staff if you wish to try the testers.
