Ultimune Refill Service

Please read before booking a lesson.

Notices: Pre-Booked Services (Ultimate Fountain)

  • This service is available exclusively to the members of SHISEIDO Membership Program. If you have not registered yet, please do so by the date of service. You cannot use the service without membership registration.
  • Your e-mail address is necessary for pre-booking.
  • You may not be able to receive e-mail with an anti-spam filter activated. Please set access permissions to the following emails: (xxxxx@sw.shiseido.co.jp) and (xxxxx@wp.shiseido.co.jp).
  • You can make a pre-booking up to a month in advance.
  • You can cancel by 11:59 p.m. of the day before the day of your booked service, but no cancellation is allowed after that. In the event of unavoidable cancellation on the day of service, please call the store directly at least one hour prior to the scheduled start time.
  • If we find that the facts are different from the background information entered for pre-booking, we may suspend or deny the provision of service.
  • Please note that your booked service will be cancelled if you visit the store significantly later than the scheduled start time.
  • We may not accept your subsequent use of the service if you cancel without notice on the day of service.
  • Please note that changes in service content on the day of service may not be accepted.
  • Depending on the type or condition of the container you bring on the day of service, we may change your service content or suspend or deny the provision of service.
  • Please note that, if some contents remain in the container you bring on the day of service, we will dispose all of them and cleanse the container for hygienic purposes, regardless of the amount left.
  • Please pay the service usage fee on the day of service after it has been provided.
  • Only one container is accepted for each booking. We cannot provide the service to more than one container per booking. Please make sure to make one reservation per container.
  • After the service has been provided, you will receive an e-mail about the results. Please note that e-mail will be sent in Japanese.

Service
SHISEIDO offers a brand new refill service inspired by the Mottainai spirit of Japan.
Please bring your empty Ultimune bottle to us to have it refilled with fresh serum.

*This does not include time for checkout.

*Content to be refilled will be switched to Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate III from July 1, 2021.
A bottle of Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate N can also be used for refilling.

Procedure

  1. 1.

    Please check in at the ULTIMUNE FOUNTAIN counter with your empty Ultimune bottle. Our staff will confirm with you the terms of service and the condition of the bottle.

  2. 2.

    We will clean the bottle and refill it with Ultimune serum.

  3. 3.

    If you wish, you can have your bottle engraved in the MAKE YOUR MARK area on the second floor.

  4. *You will receive an email once the refill is done.
    Meanwhile, please enjoy other services at the GLOBAL FLAGSHIP STORE.

  5. *Once you have received the refilled bottle, please proceed to pay at the checkout counter on the first floor.
